3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
• Items returned without original packaging, where packaging is necessary for verification.
• Specially ordered or customized products, unless defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where available, or another mutually agreed payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to stock availability and verification.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Mehboob Autos will review and arrange an appropriate return solution.

For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
